Housekeeping needs serious attention. my room was not cleaned until late each day. The swimming pool area shows clear signs of neglect with warped decking and insufficient sun loungers. the lack of soundproofing allowed noise from adjacent rooms and corridors to intrude frequently.

The stay included spacious modern rooms with good amenities and several breakfast options. the soundproofing was poor, making it hard to sleep due to noise from adjacent rooms. Housekeeping services were slow. my room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon. This hotel could be a decent option for a group gathering but improvements are needed.

Great value for money! Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and lovely pool views. Conveniently located just a 25-minute walk from Bangla Road nightlife, and a short stroll to nearby bars. Staff goes out of their way to assist and stress-free. Strongly recommend this hotel for couples looking to relax.

Had an amazing time here with friends! The location was perfect, just 1.5 km from the nightlife at Bangla Road. The hotel's outdoor pool and recreational facilities kept us entertained, especially the kids club. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Great start to our days at breakfast before hitting the nearby markets.

fishermens harbour is a lovely spot! it’s right next to a little market with great food options, and just a short walk to the beach. our deluxe twin room was nice, and the swimming pool was well-maintained, making it a fun place to relax after a long day. the staff were super polite and helpful, especially during our stay.
